We are currently inviting applications for-
Community Staff Nurses
Permanent Contract
37.5 hours per week (over 7 days on a rota basis)
Salary Scale: £55,021.79 - £62,106.04 pa
(Dependent upon qualifications and experience)
Current Driving Licence – Essential
Our Community Nurses provide expert care to patients over the age of 18 in individual homes, residences and clinic settings. They support islanders to help avoid the onset and reduce the impact of illness and try to limit disability, incapacity and shorten the duration of illnesses. We also support the management of long-term conditions and palliative and end of life care.
Our Community Nurses are supported by specialist nurses and senior health care assistants – They have the courage to do things differently and strive to provide innovation and new levels of care in the community
We support our teams and offer regular clinical and safeguarding supervision, in house & external training opportunities for continued professional development, 38 days paid leave (inclusive of Bank Holidays – we have 9 annually in Jersey!).
We have regular social events and continually develop our Wellbeing initiatives
To join us it is essential that you are a qualified, registered nurse with a full driving licence and your own transport.
