Clinical Leader - Preoperative Assessments and Outpatients

As our Clinical Leader, you will:

• Lead and organize the Clinical team within pre-op & outpatients clinical team

• Lead smooth running of these clinical areas

• Extensive knowledge required for dealing with audits and equipment.

• You will be required to do the Rota

• You will be required to work collaboratively and flexibly across different clinical areas to accommodate the service demands of each department

• The role will include assisting in several clinical departments

To succeed as Clinical Leader, you will need:

• Minimum of 5 years post registration experience.

• Knowledge and understanding of running a smooth & effective department equipment is also essential.

• Good communication and organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Must be NMC Registered Nurse.

• Must be clinically excellent, be able to demonstrate strong leadership qualities, which includes leading a team to a shared vision and being able to promote innovation and sustainability.
