Up to £29.50 per hour depending on experience

As a Theatre Practitioner / Nurse / ODP in Recovery at The Oxford Manor Hospital, you'll be registered with the appropriate governing body. You have the qualifications and experience that are relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. Plus, you bring post-registration experience, flexibility and excellent communication skills. You're also a great team worker.
As a Theatre Practitioner /Nurse / ODP in Recovery, you will:
Be apart part of our close-knit multidisciplinary team.

Enjoy a varied caseload with state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.
Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
Interact well with colleagues on the ward, and within the department, understanding that continuity in patient care is key.
What are we looking for in a Theatre Practitioner / ODP - Recovery. You will have:
Vast post-registration experience in recovery medicine. Have been working within a number for specialties including paediatric recovery.
Qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC.
Have undertaken additional courses such as ILS and PILS recommended.
Excellent communication skills and will be a great team worker.
You will also be flexible and motivated able to work evenings and saturdays.
Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring.
Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be.
Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient's needs.
Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care.
