The post holder will have day to day operational responsibility for the planning, co-ordination, delivery and monitoring of services within the Children’s Mental Health and Disability Service for the Community Nursing Learning Disability Team, outreach which may include crisis response.

The staff working within this model including the post holder may be drawn from a variety of backgrounds including Adults, Children, Mental Health and Learning Disability. The essential element will be the experience and skills of those staff including an ability to work with children and their families and a flexibility of approach.
