Nutritional support for patients with cancer: from screening to prehabilitation is a free two hour learning module that examines the role of oncology nurses in providing nutritional support to cancer patients as part of their assessment and treatment plan, from the point of diagnosis through to prehabilitation.

Using nutritional screening tools, nurses can identify malnutrition or dietary deficiencies which can be a vital component in helping the patient through their treatment and recovery, improving patient outcomes and positively influencing their quality of life.

The learning module is open access, peer-reviewed and accredited by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).  On completion, you can download a certificate for two hours CPD to use in your revalidation portfolio.
